Glo-X base coat is a high quality primer, designed and manufactured to give the optimum results for Glo-X Professional Night Paints. It is a fast drying acrylic undercoast suitable for multiple surfaces. For dark objects & surfaces we recommend the use of Glo?X base coat (white) for best results. Full illuminance is best achieved in total darkness.
