All designs are printed directly on the mug through a process called dye-sublimation. This process ensures that your mug?s design is long-lasting and won?t fade or peel away!
For USA domestic shipping, your mug should arrive within 2-5 business days after the ship date. For international shipping, your mug should arrive within 7-21 business days. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, postal services are experiencing massive delays and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

? RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS ?

RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS: We are unable to accept returns on customized items.
RETURNS ON NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging. Please contact us for return shipping instructions.
CANCELLATIONS: We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS: In the rare event that your mug arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage. Once verified, we will reprint and send you out a new one.
